So, Riot. Here's your chance to fix your "lack of communication"
Explain to us what you expect us SOLO players to do? Not people who just prefer solo over teams. I mean people who have literally nobody to play with or JUST one other person (who might not even be ready for ranked).
Some of us can't stand to be with premades of 4 and being that one guy that gets treated like trash because of it. Your punishment system will never be perfect, we understand that, but atm it's not good by any means right now.
By neglecting to bring back a true SOLO que you've basically just gave the middle finger to anybody who isn't able to play with 4 others.
It doesn't help that this is a highly team based game where roles matter. This isn't like overwatch where you can still have a equal chance at winning with say, 6 tracers instead of a support, tank etc. if all the players are decent. You can be great at the game but if you lack a mid or top then the enemy's will just get a free farming lane and snowball out of control to the point you can't deal with it.
The simple excuse of "we don't have the ability to do it" won't work against a community of players that have been with you for a long time especially not considering you're the biggest online game in the world right now (until overwatch shoots past you soon)
It would help if instead of giving us the silent treatment or lying to us you just made a section of the boards that Red's ACTUALLY LOOK AT and have open discussions about what's going on and what your players want. Your biggest issue that's leading you downward is the fact you refuse to communicate. You have an entire damn team over communication and can't spare ONE guy to communicate with the community? I call bull on that.
