he feels sluggish as shit compared to pre rework. jinx has more mobility than garen. youre almost forced to buy swifties and dead mans plate if you want to catch up to anyone.

when it comes to movement speed buffs his is one of the lowest in the game. i mean shyvana does the same thing has him, but at least gets 6 seconds of movement with a 50% bonus.

and udyr can 1v1 turrets and spam his movement speed bonus practically off cooldown.
