Nope, they just tried to get him out of permabannstatus and I guess tham players are happy for that. Hes still cancer designwise though. Also when people made 2 million casso qq threads and the sona qq threads riot just told us that they think that the community has no idea how strong this champs are. The only time they acted on feedback from the community we ended up with skarners 70% winrate in that 1 horrible patch. They probably wont do that ever again after that and thats a good thing.

Tahm was permaban because he was "annoying" and people dont know how to kite or group against him. Now hes gutted and sitting at like 44% wr in the role everyone complained about him lol

The hillarious part is that people still ban Kench. Kog'Maw's also still banned despite being the worst performing ADC this patch.
