Adaptive helm isn't just good specifically against DOTS

Although yes the item is a niche pick up because it's passive is quite champion dependant, thought it might be a good idea to list some none-DOT spells that can generally be effected by it

most if not his entire kit because he spams spells like a mad man

Every ball after the first for her ulti will deal less damage, also good for her Q

Probably a lot more there but yeah... has more uses than just DOT
