How to win more games.

Play as a team. Just winning in 1 or 2 lanes will not guarantee a win. But if every team member works with each other, winning is far more likely to happen because everyone will be strong and you won't have that dead weight team mate. This means:

  • Teleporting into team fights if your team mates cannot win it by themselves and could use an extra hand.
  • Calling M.I.As REPEATEDLY (just 1 ping over the last 20+ seconds is not helpful and usually will go unnoticed, so spam that shit because no one will be mad at you for it and may actually thank you for the heads up).
  • Rotate to push another lane if you take your tower early. If you win lane easily with decent farm/gold, help out another lane to get them ahead too, or look for an objective like Dragon or Rift Harold.
  • Please do not expect your team to be experts at their roles and be able to hold their own in any situation, unassisted. Not everyone is great and unfortunately sometimes a gank or 2 is needed for them to stand a chance or to keep even.
  • Listen to suggestions and follow the group, don't go off on your own leaving the rest behind if you are needed with them.
  • Vision Control. Every person has a pink out if they have the inventory space for it. Supports have some form of Sight Stone and a Sweepers Lens / Oracle Alteration. Jungle has Sweepers Lens / Oracle Alteration or pink wards if they are on a gank heavy champion. Everyone should not ward the same spot on the map. Spread them around so you can have a wider range of detection.
  • Look for openings that your team mates can take advantage of as the engage.
  • Communicate in short, simple sentences or phrases if possible. 1 - 2 words, with pings, can make all the difference.
  • Communicate the focus so everyone is on the same page. If all 5 of you are hitting 5 different targets, then you will surly lose that fight.
  • Only take Ignite top lane if you are unable to help in fights at early levels, such as with Nasus, Illaoi, and other low CC/engage/DPS champions, if the enemy has an ability (abilities) that gives them in combat healing/sustain, such as Olaf or Warwick, an ability (abilities) with global presence like Gangplank's ult, or if you are 100% positive you will win lane and can use it to pressure it further and to self counter ganks. Other wise, take Teleport and use it to aid other lanes if they fight, or to return to lane on a fast back to base to buy, or to back door the nexus if possible later on.
  • Just accept that it happened and do not blame other team members for the group mistakes that are made. Making a team mate tilt/rage quit is basically shooting yourself in the foot.
  • Do not be afraid to donate kills/gold if you are already fed. As long as the kill is still secured, helping out a less fed team mate will greatly improve your win potential rather than pooling all the gold into just one player.
  • Take those champions with great team play/ cc with only average carry potential. Sure Assassins are fun and everyone like to delete opponents, but those CC chains will win vs any assassin every time, even if they are super fed.

I love how you list Illaoi as a champ that cant help at low levels...

She needs tentacles for most of her damage, and if she teleports to another lane, she wont have them up. Pre 6 at least or if her ult is down.

Her E ability gives her free tentacles, and besides only her ult and an extra swing on her W need the tentacles

True, but she also is slow af with no hard cc. IDK, at least I never have good illaoi TPs unless I am massively fed already.
