Is it just me

Or is literally the embodiment of nearly every issue in league right now? (burst damage, strong lane sustain, ranged top laner, tanky + high damage, safe and strong, zero resources, untargetability), but i dunno this is how i feel, just feels like he might need tweaks to give him some more weaknesses other then his meh early game Edit: The only issues he isn't abusing is stealth and mobility
