Tag Team should reset the cooldown of Quinn's Vault

Yes it's a buff, and yes I feel it's needed.

Quinn has long Cd's so players have to use them cautiously(especially vault), and decide whether to save it for ult or not, because without that Cd up she can not properly perform her tag team-gap close combo.

Seeing as harrier passive is disabled during tag team, this would not be as much a damage buff as a utility buff. This will provide Quinn more freedom to use her vault in human form normal trades while still having the gap closer initiation from tag team ready on demand.

E.g. If Quinn currently uses vault to engage and bring her target low with a few auto attacks, she is much less likely to secure the kill with tag team without vault to dash.

If Quinn tried to save vault for tag team, she'd be less likely to bring her target low enough for a safe tag team combo.

If tag team reset vault, she could use vault in human trades, and have the needed dash to get in melee range for tag team action.

This also means Quinn could tag team-vault to a minion/creep on demand for an escape.

P.s. Her secondary role title should be changed from fighter to assassin because she obviously deals more damage then she can take, and fighters are more of a brawling extended fight type, and assassins, well they assassinate which is more like Quinn's style.

Wouldn't Quinn just E autoattack for Harrier, use ult, E reactivate ult before landing to go human and get a 2nd harrier shot in?

using e in tag team would not proc harrier at all so their would be no point in returning to human form unless you need to be ranged again and/or activating skystrike(execute)

I would be happy with a 70% reduction in cd's after using ult.

I really just with that her ult would be incorporated into her ult.

Fix her bugs first, then talk about buffs. It's been 2 years and she still has wonky AA animations that sometimes fail, and Quinn is sometimes dumb about which targets to mark, and her blind doesn't always (or maybe ever) apply to attacks right after it hits the enemy.

yes there are bugs which really need to be fixed, but thats all on riot now. the community has repeatedly requested these be fixed so theres not much we can do but wait.

but, i'm not going to wait another 2-3 years to make mechanical suggestions I feel would be beneficial with or without those bug's fixed :P

Good point. I guess my hope in posting that original post was once again to draw Riot's attention to the bugs.

Quinn's my favorite top-lane champion, and I'd love to see some QoL changes or minor buffs. I like your idea of E's cooldown resetting upon use of her ult. Though I wonder why the two even have the same set of moves and cooldowns anyway.

I had proposed a similar change but one i felt was better for her overall assassin gameplay. "Successfully executing a target with Skystrike resets Vault's CD" The idea was that you could shift into valor, vault to a target, deal your dmg, skystrike for the kill, and then have vault back up to use as an escape before the enemy team could collapse on you. At least it gives you a chance to get out. I'd rather see this change then the one you suggested, no offense... I think mine rewards skillful play and still has room for counterplay but your suggested change is a little too strong.

I get what you are saying but I think my idea is fair and a bit more practical.

with your suggestion, quinn would need to rely on the execute even more heavily then she does now, considering it does not cap at 25% health like it should.

basically my pov is she has to put herself at huge risk to tryt o 100-0 someone with tag team, if not she has to hold on to vault cd to be able to execute with skystrike in tag team, or just pick a target that already has low health.

either of our buff ideas would be nice to have but if it only reset on a seccesful execute for skytrike, theres minimal value to it because often times there will be to secondary target to vault from, and theres no guarentie the positioning will be in favor of quinn.

my suggestion helps to synergize her range and melee kit so it's not so awkward and risky, by giving her the option to initiate in ranged human form and depending how well that went, follow up with tag team combo, which is the "reward" for a good trade.
