If she has a minor lead you can absolutely do NOTHING about her and the only way to deal with her is for HER to fuck up otherwhise she demolishes any champ in the game with absolute 0 counterplay to her kit and dmg.

You can easily put agold level player with 3 items as Vayne vs a diamond adc main with 3 item and the gold player can easily beat the guy. Why cause Vayne takes absolutely no goddamn skill in any part of her kit nor has any counterplay since you cant reveal her stealth anymore.

Vayne isnt strong atm and i'm a happy man for it this champ should never see the light of day EVER but in the future you should really just rework this abomination of a champ into something that has the ability to be mechanicly outplayed and not just be relied on its players stupidity to be dealt with 90% of the time.

Having a mediocre early game isnt a gating to such a retarded champion since with 2 items one of them beeing a 2.5k item she becomes a beast. Much like another stupid champ by the name TW but at least if you get on top of TW he is confirmed dead unless you missplay or he flashes out.

She needs skill to play. I've tried to play her once or twice and I spend 90% of fights running away crying and letting my team do the damage while they chase me.

Also the "not tumble in to engage" part is hard to master.

LOL I need to find the VOD of the enemy Vayne when I played Jinx. We got crushed in lane she was like 10/3. We team fought guess what I did? Sat all the way in the backline with my rockets on as she struggled to get close to me when she ULT+Q's my nautilus ulted her and I crit her twice in a row and killed her. She can't be 1 v 1'd by most ADCs because that's her design (even though I always destroy Vaynes 1 on 1 as Lucian Cait Or Jhin). The champion literally can't team fight watching a Vayne try to teamfight is like watching a puppy on a wood floor it's nearly impossible, that is if the enemy you're playing against doesn't just sit there and ignore you. I want to see you play Vayne though, if she's so braindead go play her in your ranked games I want to see you ATLEAST go positive because when you play her it's harder than you think to survive lane.

So not to burst any bubbles, but a gold vayne isn't beating a diamond anything ADC wise. Vayne is an auto champion. She can't touch you without being in short auto range. 1v1, yeah. She'll fuck you sideways. She's meant to. Stun her though, and she gets dicked down. Unlike Ez or Trist that can leap out, she's in there till the end. You can't reveal her, sure, but you can scan and see where she is and still hit her. She also just face tanks so much damage. People usually die to panic, not Vayne when they see her firing massive bolts coming out of stealth at you. Burst champions make her explode, so does a tank diving her. I'm more scared of Lucian and Ezreal right now.

Vayne is definitely a strong duelist and phenomenal late game champ. She is anything but easy to play well as though. I have a lot of experience playing Vayne (and other ADCs) Vayne is probably the hardest ADC to play well of all of them. That said, played well, she's pretty insane. She also definitely has counterplay, besides being squishy and hence vulnerable to any burst rotation (Syndra's R with enough sphere's will easily 1-shot her from full, and that shit outranges her), she also generally needs to land a Condemn for the stun against most strong duelists or she loses, hard. If you really wanna see 'stat check' in champion form, look at MasterYi. (Ironically enough, I beat one the other day in a duel w/ no ult v him having his as Irelia jungle during latter part of laning phase; to which I said in all chat: "no, you do not pass the stat check")
