His healing isn't even that strong, and I think it's one thing about him that should be allowed to be strong. Shen sucks at dueling, we all know this. Why nerf his vorpal heal :( Riot I have always backed your decisions 90% of the time. But what your doing in patch 5.16 is beyound crazy, now your nerfing my fav top laner :'(

Consider the difference in play style between a Bronze V team and the professionals on the world stage. It's essentially a different game, a different environment, which favors different strengths, weaknesses, and is thus in a different state of balance.
At the pro scene Shen has frequently proven to be just flat out OP. Not exactly recently, but with the same kit he has now, and when he did hold that position he was 100% pick/ban for close to 2 years running.
Right now, Riot is balancing with Worlds in sight.
