Total Cost: 3400g
    +65 Attack Damage
    +25% Attack Speed
    UNIQUE Passive: If you haven&#039;t attacked in the last 2.5 seconds, your next basic attack will critically strike.
    UNIQUE Passive: When you critically strike, gain 25% attack speed and 8% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

right.. becuase we need adc doing even MORE burst

and lets ignore how this will affect champs like and or even or

how the hell did this make it to pbe... im goign to build this shit on any assassin in the game.. even gets AD scaling and her takedown is a basic attack.

The thing about this item is it offers no crit chance. It's literal only plus side is that you get a crit one time, plus 65 AD(assuming you're an assassin you don't want the attack speed because you'll have no other critical strikes). There are better items for assassins, Duskblade being the main one. I suppose it's synergy WITH duskblade might be unbalanced, but most assassins that build duskblade, build black cleaver after for the tankiness and armor pen, and it's pretty pricey to build an item with only attack speed and AD over health, AD, phage passive, armor pen, and CDR. The changes to the AD items are balanced in the sense that the items that work around crit themselves don't actually offer critical strike chance(including IE). Although the one thing that concerns me is IE on Ashe.

Aside from that, I tested Essence Reaver on Riven for funzies in practice tool, tried to get a test game in with it, but by the time I built it everyone surrendered. It's kinda crazy being able to combo while your ult is up, and then combo 2 more times assuming you don't die.
