Spellvamp, as a mechanic, is deemed unhealthy and I kind of understand that if you put it on someone like Akali that heals for crazy amounts + gunblade. BUT Ryze never built any lifesteal/spellvamp items and so his healing was minimal.

Prestige AkaIi2 votesAkali doesn't even have spellvamp anymore. They removed it when she was reworked back in 6.22. She gets a burst of health after her first aa on an enemy, be it minion, monster or champ.
