Playing top Juggernaut is brutal when the entire rest of the team is behind. Everywhere you go you seem to be fighting an uphill battle. But if you are significantly ahead there's a trick to pulling your team back up with you.
As a Yorick main, I've found the best way to help bring your team up to speed isn't to go jump in on the teamfights constantly. Through team numbers and cc alone you won't be able to bring your full weight. You just end up dead right beside them. But Juggernauts who crush top lane will require a minimum of two champs to stop. The top laner, who's too far behind to bring you down. And the jungler. If both of them can't stop you, which will happen as a juggernaut, they gotta bring a third.
So split push. Bot or top lane doesn't matter. Your goal is to secure towers and pull away as many of them as you can. This gives your team the ability to both farm back up to game relevance, as well as picking teamfights in their favor. If two go to fight you, 3v4 for the rest of their team. Stall the game out. Even if your KDA starts to dip it buys your team time by forcing your opponents to give up map presence. They can't simply allow you to freely push unless they've a straight and unopposed shot towards your own objectives.
Worst part, all my top laners are juggernauts

So yah i understand what you talking about, they are hard to carry anything with unless your team had brain and wasn't feeding early giving you chance to scale.
