Picking a champion isn't really punishable though. Your report will do nothing but lower the merit of your own report history.

There is another option. You could accept that people will play who they want, and then not report them for not playing the way you want. By doing this you also don't make yourself look like an ass. I mean really you're reporting people for not playing how you want them to.

That's not a reportable offense. It's a reportable offense to harass someone for picking a champion you don't like, however.
