Little buffs for skarner and rammus

Is nice that is getting same nice buffs but if i would make a thread about malphite buffs it would get immediately down voted so i guess is the same thing for and about rammus the should give him faster clear/sustain in the jungle and about skarner they should give him an indicator on how much his stun lasts like 's one and give him same late game power
