It gives some mad sustain and if you have an AS steroid you can turn on you can heal for more then an early fervour of battle with atleast a pick axe

its basically a pick between safety or offensive

what are your thoughts on it?

good point,i guess due to the burst meta after the laning has it doesn't do much other then skirmishes with tanks

unless you play olaf(on olaf it is REALLY DAMN GOOD)
