Is there ever any reason to get Runaans on anybody except kalista?

Should it be buffed? It's rarely taken on even champions it was originally meant for, like teemo and twitch.

On Hit Effects: Teemo Kayle KogMaw Varus Abilityresetting AA´s: Graves (<- item 3085 item 3071 item 3508 one word: LOL!) (Jinx works surprisingly well, too - Minigung is instacharged, Rocketlaucher AoE procs on Arrows)

Really? I still see it on most Teemos. I would take it if I needed to apply on-hits to several people at once. The problem is that one of the biggest for this (Vayne) really doesn't synergize well with the item, as she wants to duel for most of the game.

Add Ashe for the support build, permaslows on 3 targets at a time, as well as the Cleaver and other procs.
