Can we please get a # of games played requirement for ranked?

Stop allowing people to 1st time champs in ranked. Make them have to own them for a certain period of time, need to play a certain number of games or have a certain number of wins.

So irritating when you have that 1 guy instalocking a meta pick trying to get an instawin then have 0 idea what they're doing and they end up rekt by and OTP. Why do people STILL do this stupid shit in 2017?

How would that work if say you want to use a certain champion then it ends up getting ban? I mean i understand most people know how to play a certain amount, but then you have the ones who only play a select few, or even just one champion, and you basically screw them over when you (or your teammates/enemy team) bans that champion for any reason!
