This would actually be a huge nerf. The best part of playing j4 is trapping your allies inside an enemy anivia ult.

the only champion who's wall like ability that doesn't affect allies is Azir with his ult Taliyah blocks off her allies constantly despite already being weak Anivia can still troll the f*ck out of her allies and i'm pretty sure Camilles ult won't let her allies in

no one can spare their allies from their walls and jarvan should be no exception, Azir doesn't affect his allies but no one else's wall is launching enemies in the air
