Something has to be done about Nasus' sustain in lane

Arguably the absolute worst.
Death by Glamour1 voteserm twitch has far worse a lane phase and far more counters where as nasus' counters have all be nerfed or fallen out of favour, he used to have a bad lane phase but those days are pretty much over.
lets not forget you cannot harass as a melee toplaner when hes under the tower
