Remove Conqueror's heal + make grevious scale 40-55%- suddenly LoL is playable!

Everyone is a drain tank. watch pro games people have to build early brambles/morellos/executioners because on top of healing a champion like lee/olaf/reksai has, they have conq, for even more healing and ad to help them heal more!

40% from grevious is kinda meh. should buff it so it scales with champ level, up to 55%, so that we dont have these champs that go from 300 hp to 1200 within 3 seconds.

Agreed. Draintanking has gone unchecked too long. It counters tanks and does well into everything else, so it really should not be as prevalent as it is.

conqueror isnt as op as your making it out to be, first you have to stack it then and only then at max stacks you heal for a little, thats like saying well absolute focus and ravenous hunter are the most busted runes in the game
