Maokai Jungle Buffs
Maokai E cooldown decreased; damage increased early.
While this change is useful all-around, it'll especially help Maokai clear the jungle. E - Sapling Toss DAMAGE 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% target's max health ⇒ 7/7.25/7.5/7.75/8% target's max health COOLDOWN 11 seconds ⇒ 10 seconds
I don't play Mao in the jungle any more (apparently not many do with a 0.17% playrate) but were his seeds the key to good clearing? They're mana heavy with little damage. These changes don't seem like they'll move him above the 50% winrate, it seems he's currently at 46.81%.
What was the real goal here? And if it was to entire Mao jungle, doesn't it feel a little too weak? I also feel like this benefits him more in the Top/Support roles. There isn't a real brush to use at the crows or the wolves iirc. Increasing his mana regen in the jungle might have been a more targeted buff.
