mmm well the champion is what dictates your impact in the game not the role.
For example, Just because you play Top lane, doesn't make you the Tank right? Nor does it make you the primary Engage.
Shot calling is something completely different and honestly any role is capable of shot calling at any time so the idea that a ADC cannot is silly.
if you are top and you want the Herald, that doesn't mean you shouldn't speak up just because top lane isn't viewed as a "shot caller" position.
The right play is the right play regardless of the positional role, it's all about if you can accurate determine the right play, that's what makes a good shot caller, not the position they play.
Next thing is I think you maybe misunderstanding something. For example as a ADC if you are super fed that means your team mates need to play around you generally speaking because you are the most powerful on the map.
If you are telling a FED ADC that they need to play around YOU, then i'm sorry to say this but you are wrong. You play around the best win condition, so if your Mid is Fed you play around the Mid etc etc. If you are just dismissing the role just because they are ADC or not following what they want to do (which could be the correct call, i have no idea the context or details) then YOU are actually the one misplaying and should maybe humble yourself and really look at the details.
Even if someone is behind that doesn't mean their calls are wrong, Barons especially, we've all had those games when the Baron should be what we are playing for but because of whatever reason ppl don't follow.
Baron is worth more than a tier 3 tower or a single inhib and it doesn't take a particular role to understand that.
