Bard has a 35% win rate since its release
Holy dammn. I completly understand hes a new champion as well very highskill cap but damn, I wasnt really expecting such low winrate, really surprised me.

This is much better than the alternative.
think of it as luc/azir release all over again, nobody knows how to play him yet and thinks he's bad but soon he will be good
I am glad I buffed the win rate, too many people go ap Bard, that is a throw build... I do not care what is recommended people have to tank him. I get my adc's fed tanking support with him. I will not take a Bard that says he is going ap in team builder. It's not that people do not know how to use him, it's that they build him wrong due to leagues suggestions.
Don't worry, he will be buffed at the same time that people figure out how to play him, then he will be gutted when he sees pro play. Almost every high skill cap champ lately has seen this pattern.
Bard is considered high skill cap? Ok
Having a team who knows how to work with him and someone knows how to play bard is so likely since his release...

Not.
