Urgot kit makes more sense than the elise one
i do not understand why when riot talks about urgot kit they do not bring up elise

Why would they? They're talking about Urgot, not Elise. Bard's W heals for more over time.
Do you even understand what a kit means? Let's go over Elise's kit:
How does this not fit her theme and thus make sense as a kit? You can clearly see Elise's theme. She's a spider-like humanoid and so she behaves like one.
##EDIT First let's talk about Urgot's THEME: What is Urgot? Does anyone really know this answer? That's part of the problem really; they don't have a good concept about his identity. For me, he's a cyborg type champion that uses his enhanced body in combat. Let's go over Urgot's Kit:
Passive, could make sense but you'd have to stretch your imagination a little. Maybe he uses poison to debilitate enemies; after all, he's from Zaun. His Q is fine. His W doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If he gains a shield then he's suddenly a figther champion, but that doesn't go well with his other abilities (Passive, Q and E are all "caster" abilities). His E works because of Q and only exists because of it. You'd never use his E if he didn't have his Q. What I'm saying is that the ability on its own is underwelming. His R also doesn't make sense. He can switch places with someone, but why? Why not a steroid in combat stats (which it does) that actually does something else useful, like a Poison cloud if we are going for the "poison" theme.
That's where the problem is. All his abilities could be use someplace else and be good there, but all together in Urgot won't work. If they keep his passive, then he needs a new R and a new W. His Q should stay and they should shift what E does to someplace else (maybe his passive).
Let's be honest. The reason why anyone would play Urgot is to use his Q and nothing else. You know who else is played because he's an AD caster? Ezreal. Urgot's kit doesn't make sense because the champion doesn't have an identity.
I have to disagree. I think Urgots kit fits him perfectly and is one of my favorite designed champions. I like all of riots older champions more though, their newer ones just seem like super generic archetypes.
Concerning Urgot, he's a kinda funny guy. He wants to slow you down, decrease your damage, and break your armor. He's quite a jerk!
As for his W, well he is kind of a fighter champion. His aa range has no business being on a champ that wouldn't be a fighter.
His E doesn't do much damage so I don't know if someone would consider it a caster ability. It's used mostly to decrease armor and let your Q's lock on if they start to run away.
His ult is has always been one of my favorites and really enforces that jerkiness from before. He doesn't want you to get away. The new terror they added was a pretty great addition to it.
