@Riot Mordekaiser should be in the Immobile Mage update because he doesn't fit in with Juggernauts

Hes not AD like all of the other Juggernauts

His core identity was Mage more than it was ever "Big Brute"

His most popular builds are just Raw AP as it usually was, not really fitting of Juggernauts.

His gameplay pattern is far different than that of all the other Juggernauts. He is a poker and a spammer, not a duelist or a fighter. His Q feels tacked on and doesn't really fit his general playstyle.

His kit would be a lot easier to balance while keeping Morde fans happy if you went the Mage route
