Diamonds vs silvers

RIOT why is this still a thing? There is a clear skill difference in this match-up which makes it very unfair for the silver player and their team. At least in ranked it was somewhat even. But with that gone, you seemed to take the balance with it. Now every match is some one sided bullshit where high ranked players (plat and higher) are facing a low ranks (silver and lower, even unranked and under level 30). op.gg shows the game's mmr averages to have 200+ differences often. At least add the balancing to draft normals or flex so there is something decently balanced to play besides ARAM.
