In case where u were serious, we build full AD on wukong cause he have no cc outside his ult (cc every min isn't useful) and cause he have great AD ratio. You can look at best Wukongs players, its same for them (pisse de bloos, Harambe, Divine Wukong...).
Unless its at very low elo, u won't see a Wukong tank.
a broken champ ??? a broken champ wouldn't lose his lane against every top champs, just need to build tabi and wu become useless. And broken champ wouldn't such low pick rate along a meh winrate.

i play zilean/zyra mainly, way squishy, way hard to keep opponents in my abilities, they all are so mobile and oneshot me easy.
i simply try to adjust as much as i can, YES i hate no counter/no brain oneshots, but yet i will use zhonya or preserve my cc, use my team mates or well placed wards or arch angel staff's shield for instance.
