Its like Talon had a child with Leblanc he had the ranged aspect from his mother leblanc got his ad aspect from his abusive father talon and got both their burst powers combined

Edit:After further more intense and rigorous research of Jhins blood,a Genetic mutation occurred somehow although both parents inherit mobility he does not,His speed boost as I've discovered is only because he tends to get excited like a lot of kids

I love how you compared two very mobile champs with blinks, to Jhin. One of the most immobile ADCs.

Seriously though, Jhin has to be one of the most balanced ADCs on release. He's like the Vel'Koz of ADCs. His reload gives time to poke him back and he can't attack back, he's easily burst down by ADCs like Vayne and Lucian, and his ult is a skillshot and not a point-and-click last hit(coughcoughCaitlyn coughcough). The only problem I actually have with him is that he can get item 3031 early and dominate the lane. But they're already taking care of that on PBE.

But he's completely immobile, unlike either of them. .-.

It's just a rebellious phase, he'll get over it when he's older.
