I am not 100% sure why you think they're bad for the game but I assure you that you just need to learn how to play against them.

Yorick and Poppy are the only two there that I feel are genuinely unhealthy for the game.

Not seeing what's so bad about Cass, Swain or Vayne. Well, outside of Cass's mana + health sustain but that is something that should be removed at some point.

i dont see the prbolems with shaco but ok
