Stop taking my jungle camps

It is getting f**king ridiculous how many laners take friendly jungle creeps. It's one thing when you ask, but it's annoying as hell when most of my jungle is gone because each lane takes one camp (meaning I only get one camp, meanwhile they still get all their lane creeps). Then when they get a gank they flame if you get the kill and flame if you take one cs after handing them a kill which they did no work for (I've seen junglers blow summoners and ultimates and the laner will just last hit them and when the jungler takes ONE cs, the laner starts flaming in all chat).

We already have to deal with the enemy taking our camps and decreased overall gold and xp in the new season, we don't need to compete with out own team for our jungle creeps (especially when they have a lane full of creeps that they don't have to work for to get).

If it's really that bad, why not just communicate with your team that you don't have your core yet and need the jungle creeps to farm? You also need to think about the laner's side, here. Killing jungle creeps is a much "safer" way to get gold compared to laning, and the extra gold helps in getting them towards their builds in addition to yours.
