Can't Riot just ADMIT that Cass's Rework was Terrible?

All it did was promote further toxic, and frustrating gameplay. Land your poison, oh I can spammed 10 E's in 5 seconds. Don't land poison, and now you do absolutely nothing. Granted it's a rather low CD. It's still seconds between seconds where you bring literally nothing to a team. And when you do it's absolutely broken early game, doing an insane amount.

Could you try again? Doesn't seem like you ever go back on things even if they are failures (Mordekaiser, Cassiopia, etc.)
