no, kalista's either takes time to ramp her utility up (multiple stacks on an obj/champ) or u have to depend on the other persons wishes( her ult)

Umm, i have highest winrate of all vs jhins :D 22 games 19 wins vs jhin, 0 wins with a jhin in team. Humm. He is overrated, usually ive seen only high diamonds and low bronzes - silver 5 is a bronze too, complain about him

Your personal experience =/= reality. Reality is Jhin has a 55% playrate and 52% win rate. Thankfully Rito is nerfing him as is justified.

Platinum+ he is 7th best adc with only 49%, but if people wouldnt read retarded guides from NA players, they would take actual top anti jhin champions like kalista, vayne, tristana, sivir, which all have a lot better powerspike lategame, and have very huge potential to put him behind early. Also supports like velkoz, morgana, zyra, braum rend his useless slow attack speed to even more useless.
