Basically press R and gets lot of invisble power, only visible power is bonus MS spell vamp and AOE damage are shit. Spam R all day deals damage and doesn't have any kind of effect, it's just an empowered ezreal Q Same here, if it isn't AP kog, the only purpose you will ulti is to get vision because with your Q AS steroid you will lose dps and this shit got nerfed multiple time (mana cost and damage) it is so useless now Can we call this an ulti?

if used correctly, I see a lot of players open with its use, rather than letting the passive shred people in close range.

Ryze... maybe. Corki's ult literally makes him. And unlike Ezreal Q, Corki stacks his ult up to 7 and can spam it like hell. Plus, if building AP, does a shit ton of damage. Kog'Maw's ult, again, makes him. And his ult still scales off of AD. In fact, it scales moreso off of AD than of AP if memory serves. Blitzcrank's ult is for assassination and team fights. Large AOE damage and SILENCE. LARGE. AOE. SILENCE. YES.
