Give all ADC champions a reload system or remove all CC abilities from ADC champions.

Must be real hard to play Caitlyn or Tristana and sit there at 700 range right clicking everyone with 0 counterplay and dealing more damage per auto attack than an entire champion.

Must be real hard to play Tristana and have an AOE 5 man Lee Sin kick. Must be real hard to block off a lane with Caitlyn traps. Must be real hard to place traps underneath a CC'ed champion so they take an extra 1.5s root. Must be real hard for Vayne to have a better Poppy E.

Have you noticed that ADC's CC abilities override the rest of the CC abilities from other champions. If you charge at Vayne as Poppy and she uses her Condemn, her Condemn overrides your E charge. But if Vayne uses Condemn first, and you charge after, it still overrides your Poppy charge. Try it.

Give every single ADC champion a reload system or remove all CC abilities from them. ADC champions are allowed better CC abilities than most other champions aside from Nautilus.

ADC role is the role that escapes nerfs because Rito Bias Games, unless it is a skillful ADC champion like Ezreal or Lucian. Remember that Tristana can be played in 3 roles at pro play and dominate all lanes and she will not be nerfed once. An ADC champion can be broken since season 1 and nobody will care.

It doesn't matter that Jinx is sitting at 54% winrate with 13% play rate because ADC champion.

Spoken like a true non-ADC player. I bet you can't play ADC if your life depended on it. (I can't either)

Sure. If we remove all cc from assassins and remove all in combat mobility from them as well.

Tristana doesn't get 700 range. She gets 661 range at level 18. The only ADC that has 700 range pretty much permanently is a level 9 Jinx. Her AoE critting rockets are 700 range at level 9.

But sure, keep your bias going.

Try it.

This is indeed the case for Poppy vs Vayne, but not for the reason you mention.

For movement abilities/displacement CC, the last one applied override all the previous ones. ADC don't have any special treatment whatsoever.

The problem with Poppy is that her E is instant cast and doesn't apply the CC until it connects with the opponent, while Vayne's condemn is a projectile. If Poppy charges first, condemn is applied last and override, as it normally should. And if Poppy tries to wait for condemn to use her charge after that, she can't, because she would need to cast E after the point where condemn starts to CC her and prevent her from casting it.

But movement abilities that are not instant and have a cast time can totally override condemn. For example, Urgot E or Kled unmounted Q, if you get it by condemn after clicking the button but before the movement starts, your dash will actually override condemn.

Now I want to see the epic outplay of item 3139 Poppy cleansing the Condemn and dashing straight into Vayne.

That would need extremely low ping AND insanely fast reflexes, but yes, on paper that is totally possible.
