Queue time length increased??

Hey just wondering if I'm the only one who's been waiting around 12-15 minutes for a norms game today.

I know they said they were testing a few things out in certain regions to see if they could reduce the time it took to matchmake, but what if it did the complete opposite? Cuz i've never really had such long queue times before, even on a week day morning or before noon.
