seriously. you cut his base health down(which does hurt as a matter of fact), took away his passive flow gains from his w(which demolished his surviveability), and nerfed the damage his e does. he's now such a garbage tier champion because while he still has carry potential in his massive damage endgame, he's so horribly squishy, and so susceptible to cc(Which every single champion in the meta uses as a crutch). he used to be fun to play. but now his kit has been so gutted its just a shadow of itself(which i know was a tad on the OP side when highly skilled players picked him)

That's what happens when a champion has SOOOOOO much in his kit that he can't be balanced... who'duh thunk?

Yasuo deserves to be trash tier, and should stay there until he gets reworked into being a proper champion with a proper kit that isn't overloaded.

Ok. His kit is so absurdly overloaded that he breaks the game when he's allowed to be strong. Take something, anything, away from his kit then you can buff him.

I kind of feel the same way about my Twitch . Still OP at the right time, but they neutered his early game to a point he's honestly a liability, simply reducing the likelyhood Twitch ever hits his OP moments. At least the dynamics of the duo lane and being ranged allows Twitch to see still see play.

Yasuo is receiving a couple buffs soon. If they help Yasuo will probably be good again. If not well...

Yasuo's scaling is so ridiculous he either will be strong or weak as long as they're tweaking his base stats or whatever. 50% armor penetration and double crit is just absolutely crazy. The fact he can ignore needing last whipser for a while or entirely greatly increases his usefulness. Without that armor pen though he probably could never lane against bruisers or seeker's armgaurd though...
