New Rune System

So I assume that the literally hundreds of thousands of IP (and some RP) spent on runes and rune pages has just gone to waste then. Kewl, ty rito for literally taking my hard earned time/money and just dropping a big fkin dump on it. Unless someone knows something I don't about some kind of reward to players who have actually taken the time to unlock all of this content before the update and wants to share that knowledge with me...
