As a Mage I want blue buff, but that doesn't mean I'm going to always get it....

Blue buff gives 15% AP and that nice and all, but what happens when...

1. My jungler is AP and wants it?
2. My jungler is greedy and doesn't want to share his farm?
3. The enemy jungler decides to steal it?
4. It is late game and every Tom dick and harry is farming the jungle?
5. My team is fighting and no one will help me kill blue buff, because some mages just don't have the sustain for it since spell vamp is gone?
6. I'm not mindful of it and completely forget to even bother taking it?

You know what happens then? I lose 15% AP and since a lot of mage items don't give much AP, I do no damage, that what happens...
