Would making sion disable immune during his Q be too much?

just feel like sions been kinda struggling for a while now, and i see why, in a game where every champ is getting a stun/interrupt of some kind he essentially doesnt have his Q for CC, what if sion become disable immune during the charge of his Q...i mean it still has plenty of counter play, but it would add another layer of skill to the champ while possibly bringing him back into the meta
