I think it really means she's an Anti-Escape Ganker. You can't really dash to hug your turret now, can you? Dashers are going to suffer from her ganks not because of her presence attacking them, but of her presence preventing them from getting away from a fight in their lane. It also helps if she's right next to the victim, making it so they can't dash at all....

I don't know. Her LC$ BIGPLAYZ are off the charts. I'd look for .2 AD/lv nerfs1 and then maybe some buffs in time for the new season.
