Items should never be so good, they are built by every champion who could use there stats.

For example, are literally built at some point of every game on almost every ADC and AD assassin champion. is more or less a must on all ADCs. Another is and for any AP champion. I cant tell you when I last played a game (outside of those weekend game modes) where either of these 2 sets were not built by someone. But usually multiple players on the same team will pick them up. Now, I do also contribute to this, maining Jhin and all, but it seems overall to be getting a bit stagnant in the item diversity pool.

It has been ages since and a few others were commonly built on more than 1 or 2 specific champions. At least in my games. Maybe in the Higher elos things are different.
