Wording on tooltip is unclear/bugged, is it melee only now?
"Basic attacks grant[bonuses]...(stacks up to 6 times, melee attacks grant 1 stacks)"
It doesn't say anything about ranged attacks, but it specifically says melee grant 1 stacks(sic)...?

The passive works just like the current Devourer double hit one. We believe it should be much more balanceable on a more expensive item that's gated behind a build up.
