Shrinking the AOE of Veigar's E in ARAM

In SR, it is more than fine as is, but in ARAM, the size is 80% of the entire width of the bridge. It makes fighting through/around it almost if not entirely impossible and anyone caught about 90% likely to be dead post lvl 6 unless you are an MR tank like Mundo or can escape.

So why not shrink the size of its AOE. The tread off is that it makes securing that stun easier since waiting it out in the center is not as easy, but landing the ability less likely since more room to escape is granted. Plus you can actually fight around it instead of spending the 3-4 seconds traversing around it to only find all teammates dead... because they got caught or fled with low health.
