Riot I am not going to let up. We deserve hybrid pen rune refunds after they were made useless.
Hybrid pen runes were used by like 3 champions to have a strong early game. Kennen, sometimes Orianna, and sometimes Elise. They allow your AAs to hit harder early on while still having a good bit of magic pen. The lethality changes made them completely useless. Now they start giving ARpen when it's later on and these champions don't AA nearly as much or at all in fights.
Simply put, hybrid pen runes suck. It's unfair to nerf a rune that people paids thousands for a set of and not give us the option to refund them. Just allow us to refund them.
