In Reality land: ADCs fucking suck right now unless you're Kai'Sa or Ezreal because the balance team is negligent.
I at least applaud Riot for finally making a change to give ADC builds variety, but they really need to revisit LW and BoRK (15% LS, 6.5% onhit if ranged).

Buy a early blade of ruined king , RU/PD, IE PD/RU with greives with either pen, GA, Maw or even BC for cdr and pen. She is way stronger than she look like.

in Reality land : how can all ADCs have a <50% win rate if they are the only class played bottom? do they lose against theirself?
that's more kai'sa and ezreal being insanely broken on top of being permapicked (together should have a ~60% pick rate),it often happen to have them against and if you are picking someone else you are going to lose
nerf them before doing anything,or else they could make another busted champion
######btw ADC changes almost ended up being a buff,and anyway it isn't a big nerf
edit : this ^^^ this is one of the reasons why ADCs ended up being broken,when one or two of them were too strong they buffed the others instead of nerfing the strong ones

srsly crit ADC are still strong,the only reason they feel weak it's because on hit ADCs didn't get nerfed (but actually kinda buffed)
