What's the counterplay to master yi? Seriously asking

I'm tired of getting shitted by master Yi.

Please I need advice how can I do something to a champion that instakills me and melt tanks is seconds

Master Yi can gank turret and reset turret shot. Why is this allowed? Basically if bot lane has an agressive comp, you can't do anything. You can't outrun him, you can stay turret because is useless. What do you do?

What do you do to a champion that literary instakills me. Even though as ADC i fking build 100 armor. I still get instakilled. Like really, he just press Q and I die and any other squishy die. What can I do? I don't even have time to react

With the new jungle he always outperforms almost any jungler.

Please, I need advice. I never saw a more broken champion (expect Veigar whom I have to permaban)
