Ashe + Warlords = Nothing ?

Is this a bug or did they intentionally cripple Ashe further?

Ashe has to crit to proc warlords like anyone else. Read the changes to Ashe's crit

Frost Shot's bonus damage no longer counts as a Critical Strike. Ashe's Critical Strikes deal 1.0 of her total attack damage (instead of 2.0 total attack damage), but double the effectiveness of Frost Shot.

no her crits don't do any extra damage now. I copy-pasted that from patch notes

Oh, wait - so, her auto's just apply slow?

Her autos apply a slow. Her autos against targets already affected by that slow deal bonus damage that scales with (but does not count as) crit. Her crits apply a stronger version of the slow.

Oh. So... does Warlords proc on her crits? (assuming yes)

I haven't tested it personally, but it should (just not on her frost-enhanced 'mini crits')
