Kennen with Rylais
Is absolutely, undisputably, overpowered. Having a permaslow on entire team, while in zhonyas, while simultaneously stunning them and doing massive damage is just plain broken. I don't see how anyone could possibly say it isn't. Add to the fact that kennen is an incredibly safe laner, and safe late game with his mobility, range, and stun, and you have a game breaking champ right here. If he was more popular I have no doubt he'd be one of the top bans. It's not that kennen is a broken champ, its that the idiotic Rylais item that ruins the balance of the game is especially broken on him. What a joke season 6 has turned out to be.
