zoe power shift from Q to W

swain buff now he won't be shit anymore

rengar buff, now he won't be shit anymore

olaf buff, dunno about that one but now he actually scales in late game

nocturne buff Q : Duskbringer MISSILE SPEED 1400 ⇒ 1600
