Kai'Sa is getting some nerfs (even though she doesn't really need any. She's popular because she's one of the 4 playable ADCs left).

Akali doesn't need nerfs.

Ahri literally just got nerfed.

Ahri got nerfed,yeah,everyone complained about how broken she is(damage) and they increase her R cd,very nice nerf indeed,but since the community are sheeps she won't be played that much because suddenly she is"weak"

And please,Akali get 1 item, literally 1 item (hextech gunblade) and guns you down even if she is 1/3/0...please

As for the Kaisa nerfs,I hope they come through and I hope they are not something like the 8.20s Graves nerfs...-3 as lol come on

Zyra has been bugged for numerous patches, and Jhin interaction with Hail of blades has also been bugged apparently (giving him the attack speed permanently making him broken, but also the Stormazor effect on him). There still isn't any hotfix about them

I'm talking about Jhin.

A Hail of Blades bug is fixed in 8.20, so he doesn't get the attack speed on the first hit, which is a significant nerf to that build.

That was if they were directly nerfing his AS-MS conversion rate. Instead, they discovered that there was a bug with HoB that would nerf that build without significantly impacting other builds that are fine.

The problem isn't Jhin inherently, it's his interaction with HoB that needs to be nerfed.

i mean you did say in your post that kaisa akali ahri an evelynn arent gona get any nerfs, but this is technically a nerf to her early game mobility and saftey so.....yeeaaahhh just sayin that just cuz they're getting a new skin dont mean they arent getting nerfed. just saying
